    Signed a contract 4/8/25 for 4 full windows and 2 tinted replacement glass windows to replace 2 damages window panes. The 4 full windows were fine. However the 2 window replacements are clear glass not tinted like the other windows in my bedroom his contract was pd in full 6/4/25 we immediately went on vacation and returned on July 14th and realized clear window panes were installed instead of the tinted panes to match my other windowsi I have contacted ****** ****** a total of 5 times now about this error and he refuses to respond to my texts to ********* office. We have used Clear windows on 3 of our familys homes for thousands of dollars and now with this problem he refuses to respond. I want the $773 for the windows And $225 labor for a total of $998 refunded or the correct tinted replacement glass windows installed

    First of all, they do NOT have a business license. It was revoked 1/29/25 but they are still running around doing business. Second, they claim to be BBB accredited but they aren't, according to your website. The problem is they installed a faulty window. Every time it rains the window lets off a noxious chemical smell, which takes several days before it dissipates. It took 2 weeks of leaving messages before ****** the owner called back, where he was immediately argumentative rather than being concerned about their long time customer. He finally came out and took a look but insists it isn't his window even though it clearly is.

    He's still operating as a business.  He's still advertising that he is AAA+ rated and accredited with BBB.  This is false advertising at the least. His company is still operating at the address and phone number supplied. He can be reached by phone or email.  Should at the very least something be filed on record that he's doing these things? Other potential customers need to be aware of this.
