There is a reason that this company is NOT BBB ACCREDITED! This company works with ****** ***** The installer from ****** did not have proper fasteners to hang the new microwave, so they subcontracted this company for install. The Dishwasher was installed by ****** but they could not replace shut off valves under sink. Adept did this work. The brass shut off valves cost $10 each, they replaced four of these and it took them 25 minutes time, and and another 15 minutes for microwave install. They charged me $800! Yes, $800. This represents $1600 per hour labor! I didnt even spend that much on the new dishwasher and microwave combined. ***** also kneeled on the bottom of my sink cabinet and broke it from his weight and it tore off its fastener dowels and collapsed. I have tried to discuss with ***** and he said he showed me his price list before the work - this is a lie, if it were true I absolutely would NOT have allowed the valve work. ****** was paying for the microwave install since their installers not able to install. ***** insisted this was the going rate for this work. I have now secured 3 bids from UNION SHOP plumbers - all are in the range of $200-250 for the valve work.I am now forced to take up this overcharge with my credit card company. I have also spoken with my lawyer and if the situation is not rectified, it will require suing this company. Clearly, once ***** saw that I was female and retired, he made the decision to rip me off. Really, it is shameful.

*****, the owner and operator of Adept Installation, is a 'first class' business owner and technician. He fined tuned all of new kitchen appliances from ****** Brothers and made sure that the installation was fare and equitable...highly recommend!

Excellent work. **** and *** were conscientious and friendly. This was a dishwasher install with a cabinet panel on the front. Highly recommend.
