            We wanted a rent to own home. We out a deposit down and moved in, after being told permits and inspections were completed. I kept requesting copies, but never were provided any. The home had major electoral issues with crossed wires and faulty sockets, major plumbing issues including multiple floods in the bathrooms and basement, Gas issues with poor installation, rodent infestation, and this all within a month of moving in… to name a few. The company promised the world with the home and inspections and then failed to get the work completed. They had completed a remodel converting the garage to a living space, with no permits. No permits for the faulty bathroom remodels and major plumbing issues that remain unresolved. Then they started to harass me and My children and family were forced to walk away from the home as it was unsafe and inhabitable. I am owed 15,000 dollars and they won’t respond.

            I am disabled Veteran, husband, and father to two adopted kiddos. We moved here about three months ago, bought a house with Three Doors as the seller. They didn't complete the agreed upon repairs before closing and though they have since reimbursed us for some of the repairs they have refused to pay for the full extent of the agreed upon repairs even after we made significant recessions on our part to try and get this over with and move on. They have since gone silent after our last and final request. I would not trust this company as a buyer or seller.
