    Very customer focused from initial phone call to final installation. Sales *** and installation crew were friendly, professional and courteous. They were on time or early for all appointments and provided thorough post installation instructions. Would highly recommend their service.

    I deeply regret hiring Hello Garage for my epoxy flooring. This has been a frustrating and costly experience. I expected a professional result but received subpar workmanship, property damage, and dismissive responses to my concerns.The initial installation was a disaster. The apron was done incorrectly, high points were left in the epoxy, and flake and epoxy sloppily covered the lower walls. Some areas lacked flake entirely, while others had flake embedded in damaged drywall. The wooden staircase and walls were gashed, and a large section of my driveway was damaged. Trash, cigarette butts, and flake were left scattered across my property and my neighbors. Owner **** claimed wall damage and excessive debris were normal, though their warning only mentioned trace dust.After a month of delays and no-shows, the follow-up visit worsened things. The crew damaged my stem wall trying to fix high spots, failed to clean flake off the walls, and left my driveway discolored after a botched clear epoxy fix. They did little to address the apron and left more mess, prompting complaints from neighbors about flake being blown into yards.**** demanded payment after a small discount, which I regret accepting without first getting estimates for repairs to my driveway, stem wall, stairs, and drywall. The crew seemed unqualified to install epoxy, let alone fix their mistakes.This isnt my first epoxy floor, but its the first time Ive faced such issues. Professional work should not leave lasting damage or require extensive cleanup. If youre considering Hello Garage, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
