    On 10/21/21 I was involved in a car accident, and my dealership recommended we send the car to Spirit West. It was delivered there on 10/22 by the tow company. Called on 10/28 and was told the car was "upfront to be reviewed", never heard back. 11/2 we were told the estimate had been sent to the ins company, and we requested a copy. Ins company sent out a third part adjuster to review the car and provided an updated estimate to Spirit. On 11/11 a final estimate was approved by my ins company. At this point, the insurance company of the other drive in our accident accepted responsibility for the damages, and took over. They cut a check to Spirit on 11/11 for the cost of the damages to begin repairs. As of 11/15 they had still not begun or contacted us to give us an update of next steps, timeline or the overall process. All communication with Spirit was initiated by us. We made the decision to move the vehicle to another shop for better, timely service. When we informed Spirit of our decision, we were told we now had to pay for storage fees and estimate development which we had no idea were being incurred, and in addition my husband was told he was a "vile human being" during the conversation. After ins paid the tow fee and the estimate fee, we were left with the storage fee of about $2,000 before the vehicle would be released. The estimate we received for repairs did not include any language about storage fees that would be charged.
