      I bought a truck nine months ago from this business. I have had this truck in the shop twice, once for the transfer case and the second I took to the dealer, and they would not put it on the rack because the frame was so rusted. The issue that time was a lifter. So, they did not fix the lifter due to the frame being so rusted. I have $2000.00 tied up into this truck. I spoke to one guy and he stated that the issues are basic wear and tear. I told him the frame being rusted is not normal wear and tear. The guy agreed but he will not call me back. When I do call they will not return my calls. I would like for them to fix the rust to the frame. I should not be out of $2000.00 and the truck is still not right.

      Mr. ****** has purchased multiple vehicles from Dynamite Deals.

      We sell used, higher mileage vehicles and make every effort to sell a good product to our customers. Because they are used vehicles, it is our practice to encourage all of our customers to have our vehicles checked out by their own mechanic before they purchase it.

      Our vehicles come with a 30 Day/1000 mile 50/50 Powertrain Warranty (internally Lubricated parts). The vehicle also passed Missouri Safety Inspection through a 3rd Party.

      August 2022, He purchased a 2007 Ford F250 from us that he brought back to us a few days later with a very long list of things that he found wrong with the truck, and issued him a refund. Mr. ****** then decided to purchase the 2008 Chevy Silverado. Mr ****** didn’t have any problems in the first 30 days.

      Mr. ****** states that the truck was in the shop twice, the first time for a transfer case (work that requires the use of a vehicle lift) and the rust wasn’t an issue at that time. Obviously, if the frame was fine at that, it means it was fine when we sold it to him.

      I purchased a 2005 Dodge Caravan on 3/22/2023.Since that date I have had to take it back in because everytime it rains water comes in pn the passenger side and leakes a,, the way across to the drivers side. I have taken it back three times for the same issue. They gave me a generic excuse of the window gaskets sliding up and down on the first visit and that their was a bend in the top of the passenger door. The next visit they said they couldn't find anything. So, the third visit they said they would have the glass vendor St. LOUIS windshield repair come out to us and pull the windshield and reset it. It took over a week a d they didn't call. So, I ended up calling them. When they came out on 4/18/2023 they did not do anything. They looked at it and left. So, I called Dynamite Deal and they tried to rush me off the phone(*****) said we will call them and find out. We will get it taken care of. On top of that the other issue has been the heat will stop working. The first time I took it in. The mechanic said he couldn't get it to reenact. Yet that's funny because he had it all day. Yet, 6 days later the heat stopped. we put getting me in and ignored calling me back. DAVE still hasn't responded. ***** still putting me off I had it looked at. They put stop leak in it hoping it would fix it. There is a leak in the radiator and they knew when they sold it. They just filled it and j Hoped they could refill and stop leak it until they could brush me off. They need to fix these issues or give me my money-back along with sales tax I paid and I will go to someone reliable. I have a pregnant daughter driving this van and two little grandchildren in here. Maybe they don't care about our kids but I do. They should act like it's their own. Family in these vehicles.

      Resolved issue with the heat (replaced radiator) the week of 4/24/23. Spoke to the customer on 5/3/23, and scheduled appointment to address issue with the sealant on the roof. Working to resolve customer’s complaint.

      They did fix the heat issue. Yet the  water leak issue they have not. They did slop black silicone all over the top, the rails,any cracks They thoughts They wanted to close up and along the windshield.  Left all ridged and just hideous.  **** said he was not sure were the leak was. He just decided to silicone everywhere it could possibly come in.  This is not the solution.  I didn't buy a van held together by black silicone. I bought a nice looking van. Now it looks like I picked it up from the projects.

      Definitely the worst experience buying a car I have ever had! Purchased a SUV for my husband as a gift and even paid cash out right for it! Within the first week, leaking radiator, no power steering, tire issues, coolant leaks, oil leaks, cracked intake manufacture and faulty fan clutch. Vehicle came with power train warranty but was informed that did not cover anything. Took the vehicle to another shop for diagnostics. Was informed that there was no way this vehicle legally passed an inspection due to all the issues discovered. Received a list of issues. After multiple calls, was informed to bring it back for repairs. **** the manager stated the repairs were done. Issues still present so had to take it to yet another mechanic shop for diagnostics and revealed all the same issues were present. Tried calling and left multiple voicemails and no call back. I had to actually show up at the shop to get info. Was told I could bring it in again to look at just the radiator. Unfortunately I could not get a free day to drop it off due to family emergency. Called to ask to bring in a different day since now the check engine light is flashing and it is not running safely. Informed to take it somewhere else.
