    I was sent Freedom Home Improvements info from recommendation from my realtor when I closed on my house 7/8/2025. I talked to **** and he came to my house and showed me the *** and carpet choices and gave me an estimate also on refinishing the hard wood floors that were under the carpet. I was very satisfied with the estimate and even more happy when **** said he would do his best to get the product ordered and installed by my 7/22/25 planned move in date! The floors, carpet and *** are just beautiful, and **** and his staff were professional, personable, experts at what they do and they did not leave a mess when they were done! In fact, I felt like I got very special treatment every step of the way! I felt extremely taken care of. All the floors in my house were demo'd and replaced/refinished by the deadline! Then just two weeks into my new homeownership, disaster struck and my main drain had to be replaced and the basement floor had to be dug up and concrete jackhammered into to replace 30 feet of pipe to connet to the sewer. **** had his top *** ***** come the next day to pull the carpet back very carefully so the carpet was not damaged as the drain work had to be done. Then two weeks later when the drain was all fixed, ***** came back and put the carpet back and it honestly looks like that disaster never even happened! I am beyond happy with Freedom Home Improvements and will recommend them all day long and twice on Sundays! Thankyou!
