Called Matt, for a possible bat concern in our attic. He was prompt in finding time in his schedule to check it out. He explained what he found and how to fix it, thus putting our minds at ease. We found Matt prompt in returning our calls, polite, and professional in his work and paid attention to detail. We would hire him again and highly recommend Badger Wildlife Management to others

Our church-owned rental property was experiencing raccoon and squirrel issues, so we gave **** a call. He responded promptly, set up a meeting and then, after studying the location and issue, gave me a detailed explanation of what was needed to remove the varmints and how he would accomplish it. **** worked well with the property's renter, calling for access permission and scheduling. I valued ****'s thoroughness, his conscientiousness while cleaning the area and applying measures to block access to the animals. Upon completion he shared advice on being aware of possibilities, and further precautions we could take. Enjoyed all interactions with **** and seemed to learn something from him every time. I picked **** due to other reviews and now add my own in support of Badger Wildlife Management.

I received Matt's info from another pest control Co., that do not take care of bats. I called Matt and he was very pleasant, explained to me what the process would entail (coming out, checking the attack, roof, and anywhere else we'd like him to, and that he would fix any area that bats could get in thru). Matt did just that, he showed us a page and a half of this findings, went thru it all step by step, and started on it that day! He did say that he would have to wait some time to come back, to make sure the bats are gone, he did come back. He's a very honest, calm man, I would hire him again in a heartbeat! We discovered that we had bats living in our attic and they had been living there for many years. Matt came out inspected everything and answered any and all questions I had. He explained how they were getting in and how he was going to prevent that from happening and how he was going to safely remove them. He always showed up when he said he was going to, he was professional and very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend him to anyone that has issues with bats.

Matt is knowledgeable and thorough. He patiently explained his plan of action and answered all my questions. Matt was prompt and respectful and left his work space tidy. I am confident that he has addressed my home's critter issue.

I called Badger Wildlife, at recommendation of my pest control company, to get help evicting bats from a home I had just purchased. Matt came out and sealed up my soffits & roof spaces where there were numerous, small openings. I also had him fog 2 attic areas of my home. He is a true subject matter expert in bats and was happy to answer all my questions. It’s been a month since he installed the one-way exits on my roof and I have seen no evidence of them in that time (we saw them in the garage in August). I gave 4 stars because I was nervous the whole time about whether or not he would complete the work. He accepts limited forms of payment (cash/check only) and couldn’t give a timeline on the work. He also hasn’t integrated technology into his business, so the estimate, invoice, and receipt were all hand-written on carbon copy paper. The receipt also didn’t specify where work was completed, so I have no reference for the future. This did end up being just my own anxiety because he did follow through, but for a project $4,000+ and 12 hours of work, I would think a credit card payment, electronic invoice, and timeline were standard. Full disclaimer, I do not know this industry or what other businesses do so maybe they’re all like this. Regardless of my concerns, I still recommend him for bat mitigation and will be calling him again for any concerns.

Wonderful service provided. Prompt, effective, affordable, humane service to remove unwanted wildlife from your home or property. I had a problem with skunks wanting to live under my newly constructed shed. Matt was skilled at trapping them and removing them without the skunks leaving their familiar odor. I called Matt after hearing some sort of critter in the walls of my 2019 built home. He arrived and did a full home inspection all the way from the roof to the sump pit. He thoroughly checked each area before honestly telling me there was no obvious sign of any specific kind of critter. He didn't sandbag me and come up with a lie, just to get the business. While this didn't specifically help resolve the problem, he offered a list of repairs that could be done as more of a "preventative medicine" approach to safeguard the house from whatever the current visitor was, while also keeping future unwanted guests out. He was honest, knowledgeable and reassuring through the entire conversation. While his schedule is booked out significantly with everyone being at home more, he squeezed me in as soon as he could and took care of things promptly and efficiently. He never left a mess, and always left me feeling more comfortable than when he arrived. I highly recommend BWM for anyone dealing with unwanted visitors. DEFINITELY worth the investment!!!

Matt does and excellent job explaining what needs to be done and he does it! He has eliminated bats in two houses I've owned and taken on mice in another. He answers your phone calls promptly and is very courteous and informative. I have recommended Matt and Badger Wildlife to two other family members. Thanks Matt!
