  Capital came in near the midpoint of the 6 bids I got but it wasn't the price that sold me - it was the care they put into their bid and the feeling I got from Jeff and, later, his son Danny.  They included more detail than any of the other companies I considered and I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Jeff where he answered all of my questions and explained all of my options.  Jeff struck me right from the start as an earnest, straight-up guy who was giving me his best offer.  No posturing, no pressure, just a good offer and a good feeling.
  Once work got underway the crew did their work, cleaned up every day, and kept the materials organized.  Couldn't ask for more.  Jeff and Danny came out several times during the project and we spoke by phone regularly.  Calls were usually returned the same day and always by the next day.  Changes (like my decision to add gutter covers) were handled clearly and easily and there were no financial surprises at all.  They did an excellent job.
  If I could do it again, would I choose Capital?  Wellllll...yes.  In fact, I did!  
  In August of 2023, while I was out of town with my family, our house got walloped by the big hail storm that rolled through Minneapolis.  By the time we got home a week later, work had already started on 4 houses on my block.  
  My first call was to Capital and they came out a day later.  My beautiful roof and old siding had taken major damage.  Once I finally got things sorted out with insurance Oscar, Capital got going.  They did another beautiful job on the roof and the siding is just fantastic with lots of hand-bent aluminum work to mimic the architectural detail my insurance wouldn't cover.  I think it looks better than it did originally.
  Total satisfaction with two excellent jobs six years apart is no fluke.  Capital is as solid as they come and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Ill give a little backstory. This was our first experience with storm damage and dealing with the Insurance claim nightmare. Capitol Siding, Windows & Roofing helped us newbies with the whole process. Their work is excellent, and they are super easy to communicate with and responsive. I will definitely come back to them with any future work I need done . Thanks Capitol Siding Team for making this a smooth and painless experience.
  The work done was on the main house and detached garage. Both main house and garage had the roof replaced, and all gutters were replaced. The house had all 18 window's trim replaced, the skylight, garden window, three front windows were replaced and rear door and trim.

  I have worked with Capital Siding many times. Jeff, Danny, and their entire staff are amazing. They have done our roof 2x, our siding, gutters, and replaced our windows. Great clean work from a local company. I highly recommend them.

  Capital Siding, Windows, & Roofing replaced our hail damaged roof in May of 2024. They were recommended at the advice of a neighbor and friend, who had used them twice before to repair her own roof as the result of two different hail storms. I could not ask for an easier and more friendly company to work with.
  Danny in the office was easy to get a hold of and would always respond promptly and professionally to all of my inquiries. Jeff Moore, the company’s owner, also regularly made himself available, as I had never been through the process of a roof repair before and I had a lot of questions. Everything was explained to me in full, with relation to the options and financial considerations, and with courtesy.
  Azael and his crew arrived on site with friendliness and professionalism and even helped me to move some things that were too heavy for me to move ahead of time by myself. They did all of this with a smile, and with an ‘all in a day’s work’ attitude. My home is rather old, and its underlying roof structures were in need of some serious TLC. Azael was very helpful in explaining the issues to me, and I never felt pressured to make improvements at additional costs that I didn’t want to make. Great company to work with!

  Jeff and Danny came out to my house to bid on 6 new windows. After looking at my windows, they informed me the windows were in great shape and provided detailed information on how I could fix the draftiness. I was flabbergasted and found their ethical behavior unusually honest. If I, or anyone I know, EVER needs windows I would recommend Capital. The men themselves were on time, clean, courteous and just genuinely good people. Kudos to Capital !!!

  I've worked with CSW for years on repeat jobs. They make sure to explain things until I understand them clearly (insurance info gets confusing). When I double checked their numbers with the insurance, they were spot on, no discrepancies. They have a good repertoire with insurance agents and are willing to come out and meet them whenever they reassess a situation. You can trust CSW!

  If you’re in need of new siding ,windows or a new roof , you need to give Capital,Siding,Windows & Roofing a call. They’re a family owned local business that will be honest with you and do a great job for you. They also educate their customers on their products so that you have an understanding when selecting and making choices for your home project .They have been in business since 1987. I found out about them on Angie’s List and we had our house sided and new windows put in by them. They are 37 Time Angie’s List “ Super Service Award Winners” They were also very helpful to me recently in helping me understand how the insurance side works on your home owners insurance , when you have storm damage to your home.I also received a phone call from my insurance adjustor recently who was very impressed with Capital Siding, Windows & Roofing as they had a lot of contact with each other during the repair process. She commented on how honest and nice they were to deal with and that I was very fortunate to have found them . Which is why I am writing this review to share my good experience with you.   I went with Capital Siding, Windows & Roofing for the hail damage on our home from the May 2022 storm. There are so many good things to say about this family owned business. They are very attentive and dependable. All the work on my home was done in a timely and high quality manner. I primarily worked with ***** during the repairs and can say he went above and behind to ensure paperwork, insurance, and any concerns were all addressed. I plan on using Capital Siding, Windows & Roofing for any of my home repairs/renovations (which hopefully isn't for a while ;) Thank you so much **** and *****!!
