1 starI guess BBB has gone down hill. For a company (that's a large supposition) to have an A+ rating when they are scamming people daily is a sad joke. Dealdash should be shutdown and those running it incarcerated. It is a gambling site nothing more.

1 starBEWARE CONSUMERS... At first everything was fine with DealDash (the online auction co.) but when I disputed certain purchases on my credit card that I wasn't aware of or did not approve of not only did they suspend my account so that I could no longer get into it they have been ignoring my messages for the last 2 weeks now and won't reply to me at all (anymore) So just be careful and don't do or say something that pisses them off because if you do they will discard you (like they did me) and then ignore you like you meant nothing!DealDash, Inc.

2 starsI recently used this bidding service and wanted to share my experience. Initially, I thought I ordered one bid package, but I ended up being charged for two, which is confusing. I'm not sure if I received double the bids or not, but I'm down to 100 bids left and have not had any success for nearly $70 spent.
I tried to be more strategic during bidding by using the auto-bid feature, but I still lost because I didn't place a higher bid. It feels frustrating to watch the time run out after hours of waiting.
I would be cautious with this so-called “auction” site. I’m planning to use my last 100 bids to see if it will get me anything, but I will probably not be purchasing more after this, as it has been a waste of money so far and misleading.
I have done the math, and if you pay separately plus the bids, along with losing other bids, you're not getting a good deal. At this point, it would be easier and more certain to just buy the item from a store.
I’m also unclear about how the payment works. If I win an item, do I pay the winning amount separately, in addition to all the bids used, or are the bids considered payment? The process seems a bit misleading since it appears that payment is required after bids, which adds to the confusion.
Furthermore, I've noticed that many items are listed with inflated "worth" prices that do not reflect their actual market value. This can be misleading, so I recommend being cautious about how much you're willing to bid on certain items.
While I believe that with enough time, skill, and effort, it’s possible to get a good deal, my experience thus far has been quite challenging. I will update if I find any success, as I’m new to this.DealDash, Inc.

5 starsI've had an account with deal dash for 3 years. Initially I purchased some bids and used some but did not win anything. I took an extended break from the website and kept being reminded of them through advertising and decided to try again after over a year. With patience and observing the details I started to win some auctions. This proved to me that the wins are real and you do recieve the product as described within a reasonable timeframe. I can't complain and look forward to winning more auctions in the future.DealDash, Inc.

1 starI created an account and purchased $7 of bids. Their system asked me to confirm the purchase prior to doing it so I assumed I wouldn't be charged again without it being obvious & explicit. I couldn't find my bid balance on their site, nor a way to contact deal dash so I was googling about them; one article said your account can get replenished automatically; I checked my credit card and another $39 had been charged--which I did NOT authorized. I will NEVER use dealdash again. They use unethical, slippery tactics, in my experience. They could have sent me a message my account was charged the $39, or even better that it was low on bids, but they chose not to. They have a policy of not disclosing what I think could be very helpful to users. Run from deal dash and learn from my mistake of trusting them.DealDash, Inc.

All purchases on DealDash are optional, and there are never any automatic or recurring charges.
Instead, if someone wishes to make a purchase they have the option to enter payment details and manually complete a purchase, which is what appears to have happened in this instance.
With that said, we are happy to assist, and have issued a refund for this $7 transaction, and your bank will complete this refund automatically in the coming business days.

2 starsDeal dash would’ve been better if the site was working properly, I have lost 2 accounts due to not being able access my account. Needless to say I had already spent an enormous amount of money on the first 2, I’m on my third try and I’m hoping there’s no more issues. There are definitely ups and downs and plenty of filthy rich people that ruin it. However I’m still going and I have gotten some great deals far cheaper than buying outright. In short I’m kinda on the fence based on the first two losses but the site is intriguing, good luck to everyone.DealDash, Inc.
