    ***** apparently now owns **** Sherman Plumbing. He was called to deal with some issues with our new water softener that was already hooked up. He was quick to arrive, cordial and seemingly attentive to the conversation. The issues came when he sent one of his employees to do what we discussed. Instead of completing the additions needed and *getting the water softener back online for use*, ******* employee only completed the additions. The piping to the softener is now cut and we can't even use the softener. We started with a leaking softener, but now after **** Sherman's "repairs" we can't use it at all. ***** was given a chance to fix the mistake before I resorted to this review. I've saved all our text convo. He stated that, "we did what was discussed." You be the judge.
