      I sent a broken part to be replaced. They got the part on September 9th 2024 and they lost it. Once they found it they did nothing with it. Its October 20th now and they still wont tell me where my parts are. I spent $360 on my crossbow. They wont answer the phone or emails.

      Killer Instinct Lethal 405 Cross bow was purchased 2 years ago. While sitting in my tree stand last week, the bow limb blew up almost causing me to fall from my stand. I contacted the company and sent pictures of just the limb that broke, in which they first offered to have me send them my bow, pay for the limbs but they would cover the repair and shipping back to me. After accepting, the company emailed me again saying the back of the bow also needed replaced. Again, I never attached a photo of the whole bow, just the Limb. They told me they will not repair it but instead just to buy a new bow from their website. Upon that B.S. response I started doing more research and found this company has issues with their quality control on limbs and this seems to be an ongoing problem. All I wanted was a repair in which I was willing to pay for the replacement limbs. it has now got to the point where I might file a class action against this company due to their lack of care in the product they sell that has potential to injure/kill end users.

      I bought a crossbow from killer instinct with a lifetime warranty. I have had to have the limbs replaced twice from Killer instinct. Once again the crossbow has broken on the limbs. I contacted them via email, to start the repair process again. They are no longer staying in contact with me. Their last response was they contact me within 4 days. That was October 2nd, 2024.

      I purchased a killer instinct crossbow and within the first few weeks I had to send it back because the serving was being destroyed. I had to send it back several times before the issue was resolved and they failed to send back the string silencers that were a part of the package that I paid for because they say it they were no longer in use. Within a week of receiving the repair product the **** stock started slipping which is a usual complaint from people who have purchased this crossbow but I was so pleased with the performance of the crossbow but was afraid to send it back in fear that it wouldn't return in the same condition that I sent it. October 2nd of this year which was the second day of hunting season I noticed that my limb was cracked, this is a safety issue and the product is no longer safe to use. I immediately contacted killer instinct and they informed me that I would receive a response within four business days, the four business days have come and gone and I'm afraid that I'm going to be stuck with the product that was registered a** the company State she must do in order to receive the benefits of the lifetime warranty. And the email it stated for an expedited response you could call that customer service number but upon calling the customer service number I noticed that their voicemail has been full for several days and there's no way to reach the company because after sending several emails I've only received the initial automated email response.

      I ordered a Crossbow through Bass Pro Shop, the bow is manufactured by Killer Instinct.I received the bow and assembled it according to the enclosed instructions.Upon the first time practicing with the bow and on the first shot it cracked where two screws bolt it together. On September 25, I filed a claim for warranty through their website (Killer Instinct)and was assigned a claim number ( the bow warranty was registered with Killer Instinct).I received an email reply saying someone would be in contact. It is now October 8 and I have had no response at all (although I have emailed them several times).I have also attempted to call the company but am always placed on automated hold and no on ever answers.I was given claim number 652

      I have a Killer instinct Burner 415 crossbow that I have reached out regarding a warranty claim dating back to Oct 6th, 2023. I have attempted to call at least 10 times to no avail. At points I have literally allowed my phone to ring for over an hour. Killer instinct crossbows states that they warrant against any manufacturer defects for the life of the crossbow. The bow exploded in my face while preparing to **** opening whitetail season and I have missed the entire season due to issues with the bow.

      I purchased a Killer Instinct Crossbow because of their supposed lifetime warranty on the crossbow limbs. After only 3.5 years the limbs are know splintering and at the breaking point rendering the crossbow unsafe to use. The customer service tells me I did not register my crossbow when I made the purchase but after many attempts on their poorly design website I was still unable to the registry. The website keeps blocking you from making the final confirmation. All I am looking for is resolution of this matter by having Killer Instinct supply me with the new crossbow limbs that were supposedly covered under a lifetime warranty.

      Purchased a cross bow from Dicks Jan. 2021 It worked fine the first year now the string keeps breaking. Have been trying to contact Killer Instinct for the last 3 weeks with no reply. It has a warranty but cannot get help with the problem.

      I purchased a crossbow from killer instinct black friday 2022. Registered my product, and 17 October 2023 I emailed them about their crossbow safety/trigger mechanism that broke. I've emailed them 3 times, and called 2 or 3 times where they didn't answer and I was on hold for extended periods of time. Their customer service don't help at all.

      I was hunting with my 415 burner in the Tree stand when I started to hear a cracking sound, I noticed the left limbs, making the noise, turned my head away and push the bow away for me as it exploded and the left limbs shattered. I have been trying to contact killer instinct for over three weeks, sat on hold for countless minutes multiple times and have now sent two emails (10/3 and 10/6 )requesting customer service and outreach. I am very frustrated as I have missed the entire archery season and have seen two nice bucks I have been scouting on my camera under my stand multiple times now. I simply want them to contact me and replace the front end of the bow to make this right. It is more disturbing to now see countless complaints with the same issue of limbs shattering in the internet. Killer instinct should make this right from a business perspective, as well as from a moral safety perspective as this is extraordinarily dangerous (220 lbs of energy stored in the limbs) for the customers that placed trust in their product. They position a lifetime warranty yet do not stand behind, even picking up the phone or returning a call or email. BBB, please help make this correct as I do not want others to go to the same level of frustration. Thanks so much.
