    ********** website. I asked information for just one individual for what I thought was a onetime $0.99... which seemed reasonable. I am 76 and don't have much action on my bank account... and don't check it like I should. I did not feel well for a few weeks... and when I was able to look at it... I saw these two $29.99 charges. I called and they cancelled but would not refund the misleading charges. I emailed their customer service that I was reporting them To *************************. To those who have also been scammed in other states... I have had the ***** help... and their response was very quick. Not holding my breath on NCD response.

    They were very honest. They gave me the information promised at a fair price. When I had to end my services due to no longer needing data, they cancelled my services without any hassle. I would definitely use again.

    I see there are a lot of 5 star ratings. I concur and would give them more. I tried another site with the same payment and subscription approach. It went through a lot of pseudo search screens and said they found my information. At the end, after reentering my search data they came back with no results found. This was obviously a scam.
    National Cellular directory is not a scam and quickly provided the information I was looking for and more. Those filing complaints obviously did not read what they were signing up for. I only needed one search and immediately cancelled which was easy to do.
    The payment format may be a standard for the industry but I find it a bit annoying. Some may need to do multiple searches, but for those of us who only need one search (or maybe 3 or 4) it would be nice to offer that as an option. I would gladly pay more for the great service I received.
    I totally recommend National Cellular Directory if you need a people search.

    SCAM, FRAUD, MISLEADING! You pay for a one time $0.99 phone number lookup and what happens then is you are automatically subscribed to a $29.99 recurring monthly charge.

    National Cellular Directory provided me with extremely fast and helpful customer service when I had problems cancelling the monthly subscription plan. I was able to get a full refund for the $29.99 charged to my bank and their team member was very quick to respond to all my email communications! I was also pleased with the service this platform provides , but just did not need it past the one time ! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs to look up info from a cell phone number!
