The Gores Company *************************** sold the estate of *********************** closing was March 2021. He also holds my proceeds from the sell of the personal property. For a total of $19,682.11. ****** left a Will stating his estate be split in 4 equal shares. The above amount is my share. With many attempts ***** has refused to release the proceeds that he is holding in a trust. There is a life insurance policy that I'm soul beneficiary of. He demand I give him the money from the life insurance before he will release the estate proceeds. I refuse to turn over the life insurance proceeds for 2 reasons. One being I'm soul beneficiary. And two the life insurance policy is not included as a part of the estate. The passing of my father has been a very difficult time for me. For we had worked side by side for many years. Over 25 years ago he took out the life insurance out for me when we was working together in a auto shop. I just want what my father left me. And move on from this difficult time. I greatly appreciate your time and input on my issue. If ***** would have gave respect and honored the Will dad left. This whole issue should have been resolved December 09 2020. He keep making faults claims and prolonging the closing. In order to take more money from our trust. I do have paper work and text messages to back my claims.i look forward to hear from you.
