- All cancellations must be received 12 hours prior to your scheduled shuttle departure to avoid any charges made to your account. NO REFUNDS will be offered if the passenger fails to cancel the reservation less than 12 hours prior to scheduled departure. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the reservation will only receive an open ticket which can be used for any future transportation with Rochester Shuttle Service.
