5 starsWe have used Jack Pixley for several years and different projects including periodic cleaning of a wood fireplace, major masonry rebuild of external chimney structures and proposed gas fireplace insert. 5 starsI'm a long-term customer of Jack Pixley Sweeps. Today, Matt, who came to clean my wood stove and chimney, was very courteous, professional and very thorough. I received a through report of the chimney condition along with before and after photos, provides photos. Matt made sure I understood all parts of the evaluation report, findings and recommendations and answered all my questions before he left. 5 starsRandy, the technician, arrived as scheduled, gave us a concise summary of what he would be doing and got right to it. He was careful about minimizing getting anything on the floor and surrounding area. When he was done, he showed us the pile of material he had pulled from the chimney, which was surprising. He explained what he’d seen in the chimney. Overall, he was efficient and respectful of our space. The company has a smooth system of appointment setup and notifications via email (including the name and picture of the person who will be doing the work) and phone calls.
