On 12/9, an employee or owner of Bryan's Auto Repair in ****************, ** had our plow truck impounded to ********************* in ******* without properly notifying my husband or myself, the owners of the truck, that he was having this done. We think this individual did this to be spiteful because my husband was very angry about the inadequate service levels he had received previously and was very verbal with the individual and threatened to *** the business. While my husband probably exhibited less than appropriate behavior, the employee of ******* was also very argumentative. Regardless of the actions of these two, the employee or owner of ******* did not have the legal right to have the vehicle removed without notifying us of his intention, which did not happen. The auto repair shop has both my cell phone and my husband's cell phone and could have left a message on either one of them. On 12/16 my husband and I went to find out what was going on with the truck. The owner or employee would not tell my husband where he had the vehicle towed (pretty spiteful.) I had to go in and talk to the individual to find out from him where the vehicle was. He did reluctantly provide me with the information. After $700 in towing and storage fees we retrieved the truck. We went back to ******* hoping they would work with us to at least pay half as I felt he did not perform proper due diligence by notifying us timely. He arrogantly stated that he did not owe anybody any due diligence and that he would not help us out. I believe legally ******* was obligated to inform us of their intended actions so that we could have picked up or had the truck towed at our own cost (which would have been zero as we have roadside assistance) and we never would have incurred the huge expenses that we did.

I went in with an unknown issue. I work on my car myself and did a ton of work to narrow down the possible missfire fault. I had told the mechanic everything that I had already done, so when they looked at it they said I did something wrong I said "I'm suprised I put my seals on wrong, but do what you need to do to get it back to normal" they redid my work and replaced a second part (the second part was a false code, they didn't reset any codes before identifying the issue) and returned my car. A mile later and my missfire code came back up, so I called them to explain my story. I've had complications "with work and I spent the last of my money on that repair" to have a reliable vehicle. They said they were "under the impression that it was a vaccuum leak" and said they would look at it but to not do the repair that was needed without a second payment, BS. Only then when I brought it in the second time they performed diagnostic tests and procedures which they should have done initially, instead of guessing the problem... literally guessing, they tried telling me the fault was caused by another part that I replaced and I told them they were wrong to tell me a brand new part is faulty. They came with an unsure answer of what could be causing it, they should have fixed it right there since they were wrong the first time.
