I would advise going elsewhere for your hydroseeding needs. Mark J******* approached me about a new product he was trying to sell for hydroseeding. After hearing the typical sales pitch I was skeptical, but figured I would give him a chance as he seemed to have some good points. Once I dealt with Mark in person it was clear that he was just trying to push product to make money, had very little clue what he was actually selling or how anything worked at Cherokee. He didn't even know how to run a card or have someone there take my money. Finally that all got sorted out, and we wandered around the warehouse for a while trying to find someone to load my truck. Eventually we found some teenagers that had no clue how to operate a forklift but somehow managed to load the pallets with only minor damage to them. The very next day I went to spray the product, and I have to say it is one of the worst I have used yet. I inquired about pricing on the products I have always used in the past from Profile and was informed that they don't sell that. A little more research led me to believe that Cherokee is only allowed to sell these "alternative" products made with straw and paper because I can't think of any other reason they wouldn't be selling wood mulch like everyone else. I was extremely dissatisfied with the product, and told Mark this. I didn't even ask for a refund at first, I was going to try and keep shooting the garbage but it's so bad I don't even want to apply it. Mark attempted to convince me that I was doing something wrong, or somehow he could make this crap turn into the gold he claimed it would be. I told him to save it, I've heard it all before and I don't want to deal with him. A couple weeks later, I ask to return the pallets of product since I'm never going to use them. His response was that they don't accept returns due to my response to the product. What does that even mean? If I'm happy with it they will take returns, but if I am not they wont? Wow, what a great policy. So now I am hear posting the review I should have started with . I wont be purchasing anything from them in the future.
