    I purchased a shirt and with my receipt they would not let me exchange it for a different shirt.

    Yes valley fair refunded me. Fansheild is the one that would not refund even though I purchased 20 insurance. Thank you Valley fair for refunding me last thing I needed was ro loose more money after flooding

    I ordered tickets online with insurance. I was unable to attend due to my city receiving 10.8 inches of rain. The insurance company will not refund my 195 for my ticket because I can't prove road closure. Shouldn't have to I can't leave my city due to flooding period

    Took my daughter to valley fair on 10/22 spent $100 on tickets alone and $20 on parking. We were there for 4 hours and went on 2 rides. The rides were so long and so crowded you couldn't move at some points. I understand it was nice out but I feel they should have done more to help with the crowds Maybe have more Halloween houses or events to help with this or cut the prices down because that was definitely not worth it. I did not want to purchase fast pass because that was astronomical pricing also. Customer service (*****) responded back with sorry about your experience. Cannot do anything about this but inform rides team of wait times." I seriously feel robbed and extremely bad for my daughter. Something that could of been so fun for us turned out to be extremely over priced, exhausting, and not worth it. Also we didn't get to experience any food or drinks because of the wait with those also and didn't think we could squeeze a second ride in. Just wish someone from there could acknowledge the frustration we endured.
