      I hired MURZA construction 7/2022 to do storm damage repair on my home in *******,**. They inspected my home and I filed a claim with my insurance company. All of the work was to be completed for the amount paid by the insurance company with no additional cost to me according to the agreement we signed. So all insurance money was paid to them upfront They completed the roof in Oct of 2022. All other work has not been complete. Outstanding cash value of work is *********. They were unavailable by phone,text or email until I went to the local police department who were able to get me contact info. They have made no attempt to complete the work and refuse to pay me the outstanding balance.

      We sent her an email with detailed invoice and asked her to sign it and email back to us so we can mail her the refund for the work we didn't do.

      My initial engagement with Murza was in Sept of 2021. After a few weeks of dealing with the insurance company they approved a roof replacement. I received the first of two checks from my insurance company in early October-2021. I informed Murza and they stopped over on a Sunday to receive their initial payment- $8,828. They were adamant that the job would be completed before late fall. Fall came and went and at no point did anyone from Murza contact me. By the time I was able to reach someone it was too cold and late in the year. Considering they already cashed my check I agreed to wait until the Spring of 2022. By early Spring I assumed someone from Murza would reach out and communicate a possible schedule. It took me calling them multiple times to finally get my roof scheduled. The roof was scheduled for early June. The roofers showed up and what should have been a day project took two full days. Apparently part of their shingle order was the wrong color so the crew laid in the front yard from noon until 7:00PM waiting on materials. Again, at no point did anyone from Murza contact me to explain the issue and communicating with the roofers wasnt an option. Post install a Murza a rep showed up to expect the job. We both agreed the drip edge that was installed looked horrible. It was warped, dented and in a few places literally pieced together. Furthermore, some of the facia was dented along the way. It was agreed they would have the crew come back out and fix it. Several weeks went by, and again, I hear nothing from Murza. After following up probably ***** times (with the rep and *** Murza directly) between mid-June and late August the matter is still not resolved today. My most recent message to *** was on Aug 23rd requesting a final invoice so that I dont have to deal with them any longer. As expected I have heard nothing back from them and the drip edge was never fixed.Roofing companies are a dime a dozen and I guess I simply picked the wrong on
