    I had high hopes for Highmark — I see their trucks in the neighborhood all the time. We had an insurance claim and reached out to them for an estimate. The insurance company needed a baseline quote, so they brought in Sedgwick, who coincidentally uses Highmark as their preferred contractor.
    That’s when things took a turn. Highmark refused to provide a bid, saying we were getting multiple quotes — and then went so far as to accuse me of insurance fraud. Eventually, they agreed to provide a baseline estimate after the insurance company paid them for the quote, but the quote they submitted was over $40,000 too low and completely lacked detail.
    Very disappointing experience for a company with such a strong presence in the area.

    We work closely with both homeowners and insurance carriers to ensure a smooth and fair restoration process. In this case, we were unable to move forward as we were not comfortable including certain items in our scope of work. We understand this may have been frustrating, but our priority is to maintain transparency and align with industry standards. We wish you the best moving forward.

    Do not do business with this company you will regret it.
    I had my roof replaced two yeas ago and it started leaking. I called the company and then sent Zach out to inspect the property and he agreed it was their fault and they would fix it. I have not heard from Zach in over 3 weeks. I have called the office three time in the last three weeks and they keep saying they will get back to me but, no one ever calls me back. I will probably have to hire a diffferent contractor and file a lawsuit. Terrible communication.

    The worst company I have ever worked with after flipping 5 houses.
