1 starI had high hopes for Highmark — I see their trucks in the neighborhood all the time. We had an insurance claim and reached out to them for an estimate. The insurance company needed a baseline quote, so they brought in Sedgwick, who coincidentally uses Highmark as their preferred contractor.
That’s when things took a turn. Highmark refused to provide a bid, saying we were getting multiple quotes — and then went so far as to accuse me of insurance fraud. Eventually, they agreed to provide a baseline estimate after the insurance company paid them for the quote, but the quote they submitted was over $40,000 too low and completely lacked detail.
Very disappointing experience for a company with such a strong presence in the area.

1 starDo not do business with this company you will regret it.
I had my roof replaced two yeas ago and it started leaking. I called the company and then sent Zach out to inspect the property and he agreed it was their fault and they would fix it. I have not heard from Zach in over 3 weeks. I have called the office three time in the last three weeks and they keep saying they will get back to me but, no one ever calls me back. I will probably have to hire a diffferent contractor and file a lawsuit. Terrible communication.Restorations by Highmark
