      Terrible jobs on the weeds last year never did they hit my rocks even after I called and sent them back out, never did they tell me it was yearly subscription they came to my yard twice now this year even when I told them on their first visit I dont want it. They came back again. I had to call in to cancel. I dont want this service. I find it very difficult to work with them. Be cautious. Now getting a bill for services not performed. I have refused both attempts of them coming to my home this year, enough already. Called and spoke with terrible service *** who still wanted me to pay for crabgrass that wasnt performed, I literally stopped the service tech before she began. Why you want to argue and be rude is beyond me. Stop having your techs tell customers they are refusing service and for it to update your system, when they dont seem to have that authority. Sure glad I followed up with a call after the second refusal. Your customer service *** stated the bill would be reversed, I sure hope and trust that is the case I am seeking written confirmation this crabgrass bill has been rescinded. You did not perform the work and I have refused all services from you guys.

      Wed like to clarify a few important details for transparency. Our team does not apply weed control in rock/landscape areas due to liability and safety concerns, which is a standard industry practice. 
      Additionally, our services renew annually, which you will find in our terms and conditions.  We make every effort to ensure customers are informed in advance. This includes a renewal letter in January, a postcard reminder in February, another letter in March, and both a text and phone call the day before your first scheduled service.   
      Were sorry that these five notifications did not come to your attention.
      We understand that communication is key, and we always welcome direct contact for any adjustments or cancellations. As requested, your services have been canceled and we wish you the best in the future.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      No phone calls or texts were received I got a postcard in mail saying my service is canceled but it also says outstanding balances are still due. My last call into you guys they stated this wrong service charge was removed. I have canceled all service before performed as I have cameras alert me when people arrive at my home, you guys never performed any service this year. I stopped them as they got out of there vehicle both times this year. I am requesting written convent that no charges exist for anything this year and that my balance of last years service was paid in advance/full for 2024 years services. This is unbelievable and unacceptable.

      A statement would have crossed in the mail for you to receive a notice stating a balance was due after we had removed it.  We apologize for this confusion but statement are sent out automatically.  Our records still reflect that you have a zero balance due and your account is closed.

      We had called and cancelled services before the snow melted, the *** said we were all good. Several months later we started receiving letters for non payment on services rendered, we did not renew and we called management, the *** refused to do anything and just hung up. Poor customer services and impossible to resolve in person

      On June 6, 2024, a customer contacted our company to express concerns about their account and the services they had received.
      According to the customer, they had canceled their service with us in the winter. However, our records show that the first contact we had with this individual was on June 6, 2024, after they had received two rounds of service from us.
      We have thoroughly reviewed our call logs and customer records, and we do not have any documentation or record of the customer contacting us to cancel their service prior to June 6th. As a result,we continued to provide the service they had originally signed up for.
      Given the discrepancy between the customer's claims and our records, we have canceled the customer's account and removed any associated charges.

      Services were cancelled in the winter before any services were rendered. We are not responsible for any services provided that were not approved by us. We object any charges on the account and will not be paying for services not agreed upon or approved

      I signed up for a series of weed and feed applications last year, and without contacting me they charged me for a new set of applications this year. When they sent the first bill, I called them to explain that I did not want their services as my lawn was being demolished due to construction. They promised to remove the charge, but did not and continued to send me bills. I called again, and again they said they would not charge me and promised to stop sending me the bill. I have continued to get bills ever since.

      I have had spring touch for a couple of years now no issues until now. Came out in July 22 to spray lawn. The next day the lawn looked burnt up. Also my neighbors lawn was burnt from the hose on it when my was sprayed.called in the next day they sent someone out to look at my lawn and repaired the neighbors lawn that was burnt. They told me that my lawn has ***** and was not caused from chemical burn (can burn neighbors lawn but not mine.) would do nothing for me to take care of issue.(front lawn only)

      We have had a supervisor and a manager out to ************;property and we discussed with him the lawn issues he has which he would not believe us. I have tried getting hold of ***** and he has not returned my calls.
