            Our dog was brought in for Rabie shot and a bordatella. We called prior to the appointment to let them know he needed to be pre-medicated before his shot, because he gets sick. While my daughter was at their office she was told they do not pre-medicate. They proceeded to give the medication. My daughter was told if the dog gets sick to take him to the vet emergency room. My daughter left and wasnt even a block away and my dog started throwing up. My daughter had called the vet and they did not answer. We went back the vet and they would not open the door. We have called them back and when they cal back and we answer, they hang up. We cannot get anyone to call ** back. My dogs face started to swell and we had to take him to the vet emergency room. This cost an extra $300.50 and the extra pain our dog had to go through.
