5 starsI am a first-time home buyer so to say I was nervous about the mortgage process is an understatement. Working with Michael and team was literally a dream! The first time I spoke with Michael on the phone I told him I was feeling really overwhelmed and stressed and he took the time to really listen and talk me off the edge a bit, reassuring me that he would make the process as seamless as possible and encouraged me to lean in to the fun of it all and try to enjoy the process. He was not kidding! Michael and Jackie made everything SO easy. They communicated clearly, followed up to ensure that I was meeting deadlines so I could close on time, and made sure I knew exactly what I was reading and signing every step of the way. They truly are a client-first team and I couldn't be happier with my experience!!! 5 starsMichael and his team are AMAZING! He is very knowledgable offering wonderful advice and was so responsive throughout our entire process. With the interest rates fluctuating we had high anxiety and he would promptly respond to late night texts/calls as well as weekends when we were trying to figure out the best plan. He even surprised us at closing and arrived with a fun present for my husband and I! We can’t say enough amazing things about him and his team, highly recommend.Mortgages by Noone, LLC
