So very disappointed!! Have been working with Warners' Stellian since October 2023, almost a year to have our fridge repaired. We purchased the "Iron Clad" warranty, which we are still within the warranty period. Attempted repairs have been made at least 8 times with no luck! The last technician that came out not only could not repair our part but some how broke another function on our fridge. We are now worse off than we were 11 months ago when this whole repair issue began. We are now in a waiting period for a part, which is on backorder and no anticipated date of arrival, to come in. The same part that was supposed to come in over a month ago. Warners' Stellian will not compensate in any way. We are to just wait and hope the part comes in soon. This is what we have been dealing with for 11 months!! Come on Warners' Stellian Appliance- So disappointed! Your customer service has been awful! 11 months and counting for one repair! We will never purchase from you again!Why purchase the "Iron Clad Warranty" if you do not honor any of the benefits of it? I was told that if they come out to repair 3 times then they will consider replacing the appliance. YOU HAVE BEEN OUT WELL OVER 3 TIMES! This is ridiculous!

I apologize for the lengthy repair. Sometimes with a repair a technician is forced into a game of replacing parts only to discover the issue is somewhere else down the line. In your case, we came to the conclusion that the entire door needs to be replaced. Ironclad is a repair warranty. There isn't a threshold of  "after so many calls you get an exchange." The promise is, if we can't fix it, we will replace it. In this case, we believe we can fix the issue. Your case has been escalated due to the *** on the door from Whirlpool. It will be determined by the end of today what the next steps will be and communicated to you. I appreciate your patience.
