    It has been nothing but a complete disaster trying to work with the **** Davis team to restore our house. The project manager ******* was extremely rude and disrespectful on numerous occasions. There was very little communication from ******* and when the communication did come it was prompted by myself or my husband. The contractors that **** Davis works with, such as ********, have also expressed extreme frustration with ******* and lack of communication. When our cabinets in the kitchen were being installed the refrigerator was moved and created VERY LARGE DENTS IN OUR HARDWOOD FLOOR. **** Davis is REFUSING to cover any of the cost of the floor repair! The workers came into our home, damaged our floor, and now expect us to cover the cost of the repair. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS!
