The complainant was and is a patient at ********************** ******** denied payment until a hearing by an ALJ overturned the denial with a decision in October, 2023. This meant that charges from May through July, which the complainant had paid privately for, were to be reimbursed. I (her daughter and POA) have made several phone calls, starting 11/10/2023, trying to get them to send what they owe. Pathstone staff repeatedly told me they were waiting for an invoice from NRS. Most recently, my sister spoke with ***** at NRS on 2/26 who said an invoice had been sent. Pathstone acknowledges receipt 2/1/2024, and states they paid a lump sum for all NRS services for all patients. I have since left messages that have not been returned, most recently3/11 at 2330, and 3/12 at 1400. It has been 5 months since the judgment was made favorable to the complainant. I have several emails from Pathstone, but have no idea how to share them with you. I am looking for NRS to reimburse what ******** says we are not responsible for.
