Terrible service. Our Oxygen machine died at 3:00 am, finally got here at 2? District manager came. Very bad at keeping my husband with tanks and oxygen line. His machine is not regularly inspected. We are greatly concerned that someday they won't come at all. Evidently they won't hire more route drivers or they just can't find help. They used to be a great company, always reliable 100%.Review from Thomas H

Lol its **** pm I am setting at town pump when the van pulls in beside me on the door it reads cell phone free vehicle, but driver has phone in hand texting. Van number 302 really funny.Review from Mary Jean N.

Horrible customer service! I am trying to set up a mask for my bi-pap machine. They will not come out to service this. Im supposed to pick an oxygen mask over the phone without any clue what will fit. The first mask sent my face broke out in blisters all the way around it. Second mask wont stay on my head. They say - no more masks. Im only allowed one and I have two. When I called for help the lady said, well, you are wearing it four hours a night. Just take it off and sleep without it. Hmmm, my doctor told me I have so many episodes a night I need to *********** night. Why would you say that? She is ridiculous! I also have my oxygen concentrator from there. It is very noisy at times it sounds like its going to take off through the roof. Hospitals set you up with this place and I dont know if any choices. But, knowing what I know now. Id never pick this business. However, *****, my oxygen delivery guy, is very nice and pleasant.

Northwest Respiratory Services **************** Manager contacted the customer on 10/18 to discuss the situation. A Respiratory Therapist was scheduled to contact the customer on 10/19. The ********************** Therapist contacted the customer on 10/19 and arranged for an in-person visit on 10/21. A new mask was refit for the customer and the customer expressed satisfaction with the new mask. The Respiratory Therapist asked the customer to contact NRS with any further problems.
