On December 28, 2021 I paid SGD $950 to install a Liftmaster garage door opener. Two days later, because the opener was not opening and closing properly and because it was providing very little light, I called and asked them to remove the opener and refund my $950. *****, the person I initially spoke to, called the next day to tell me her boss, ***, would not remove it but would refund $300 to me. I was unwilling to accept this so *** called me the next day. He offered to replace the motor with a different model with better lighting or refund $300 to me. I asked for a day or so to decide and he gave me his cell number so I could call him back which I did the following Monday, ******************** 1/10, 11 & 12.) Thinking he must be busy, I finally tried to reach ***** 4 times on that Thursday in an attempt to have her give him a message & was unable to reach her. It appeared to me then that this was a deliberate attempt to avoid dealing with me although I don't know what caused this change. I would like to have *** or ***** return my calls so I could get the information I need to make my decision as to whether to accept a refund of $300 or have the motor replaced with a motor that would provide better lighting.
