    On November 20, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.84 (4)(2022). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to ensure that all agreements, proposals, bids, quotes, contracts, purchase orders and change orders are in writing and shared with Minnesota consumers and will communicate with contracted consumers in a timely manner to answer questions about construction timelines and job costs; and to ensure that all work meets State Building Code.  The business will also have a stayed fine (monetary penalty) on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority.
