Northern Sound Entertainment requires a signed service agreement and statement of work, along with a $100 deposit to secure our services.
If the Client terminates the Agreement and is 60 days or more from the event date, the Client will owe the Contractor nothing and will receive the entirety of the deposit. If the Client terminates the Agreement and is between 30-60 days from the event date, the Client will forfeit the deposit but will not owe the remaining balance due. If the Client terminates the Agreement less than 30 days from the event date, the client will forfeit the deposit and will owe 50% of the remaining balance due. The Contractor will refund the Client the deposit in the event the Contractor cancels. The Contractor reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time.
