In the end of July 2, 2021, I signed agreement with ***** at ****** to have new granite countertops installed through a third party, Stone Systems. August 1st full payment was made. The agreement approximate start date was 8/3/21 with a completion date on 9/21/21. From the date the payment was made to the date countertops were to be completed there was absolutely no communication from Stone Systems. Reached out to ****** and they also made several attempts, with no luck. Reached out to their office several times, finally spoke with ******* mid September. He informed me counter tops will take an additional **** weeks for production, because order was not placed until end of August.9/20/21 Spoke with manager at Stone Systems. She admitted the company missed some important communication and customer was never contacted. Partial installment was done sometime in end of September. Full installment could not be done because of incorrect measurements by Stone Systems. Counter top has 3 incorrect edging/corners. Dishwasher was installed unevenly and now door wont shut. Was charged for 4 inch backsplash that was never installed, looking for reimbursement. Company owner has been out to my house to inspect counter tops and promises to be fixed. He scheduled for plumber to be out 2/23/22, but no one showed. I continue to text owner and company with no response or resolution. Filed another complain with manager at ******, no response from them either. I work in the medical field and have 10+ days of work to accommodate fixes, but no one shows for those appointments. I am looking for assistance with a resolution.
