    I paid $401.06 to have Nano Sytems fix my computer. I was told by the owner that it was all fixed. He assured me that he warranted his work and if there were any problems just give him a call. It worked for one day then it was doing the same thing it was in the beginning. I contacted him, he told me I should get a new surge protector, I did - it didnt work, I contacted him again, he said he would call me, waited 48 hours and no call. I contacted him again and he told me to unplug it from the wall for the rest of the day/night and he would call me the next morning. I plugged it back in the next morning and it wouldnt work at all, I contacted him and he said he would call me, waited for hours with no call. I contacted him AGAIN and he started asking questions about our electrical in the house being very aggressive- he wanted me to hire someone he knew for $100, I told him the electric was up to date, I replied that because I was refusing he didnt care to deal with me anymore

    Client was originally very hostile and we did not want to do business with her because we were overly interrogated over what is sales tax conversation lasted over 20 minutes just on that. We have a warranty on parts and labor however her issue is with her computer not turning on not with the solid state drive in the ram that we put in her older machine we believe that either or and her power supply is broken on her computer and may need to be replaced which is not covered under warranty or she's having electrical issues because the computer has worked on different outlets for some time we did not tell her that she had to work with someone we only said that we have an electrician who could look at her stuff and she is unable to answer our electrical questions to help her resolve her issue outside of our service
