On January 30, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Commerce. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business conducted real estate business and advertised under a name that was not the name licensed and failed to advertise his real estate business in the name of the entity that held the Real Estate Broker's license, a violation of Minn. Stat. 82.68, subd. 1 and 82.69 (2022). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to pay a civil penalty of $500.00; cease and desist from violating any laws, rules or orders related to the Minnesota Dept. of Commerce and pay costs of $191.25. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the below link.
