On March 7, 2025, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business's application for a residential building contractor's license would be denied under Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 2; 326B.084, subds. 1 and 2; 326B.095; 326B.805, subds. 1 and 3 and 326B.84 (1)(14)(2024). Under terms of the Order, the business's application for a residential building contractor was granted and the business agreed to only transact business in their licensed name; promptly respond with complete, accurate and truthful information to DLI requests and the business owner, Justin Fox must remain law abiding related to their residential building contracting activity and to obey the terms of the Mille Lacs County and Washington County court cases. The business further agreed to notify DLI if they are found to be a judgment debtor related to their residential building contractor work within 15 days and to satisfy or appeal any judgements within 30 days. The business agreed to a $3,000.00 fine, with the full balance stayed on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority.
