      I was in a car accident July 1, 24. Mendota is the other drivers Insurance company. ****** ****** is the claim adjuster for Mendota that was assigned to my claim.Claim #**********. I'm owed out of pocket cost and a deductible that is supposed to be reimbursed to me. My out of pocket costs is $1167.84 my deductible is $1000. All paperwork needed for this to be completed has been turned into ****** by me, my lawyer and my claim adjuster from my insurance. ****** doesn't answer any calls, messages or emails from me, my lawyer or claim adjuster. I need my money! ****** did return my call once and said she needed proof of out of pocket costs which was already given to her by my lawyer and claim adjuster, but I sent it to her AGAIN anyway. Since then I haven't heard from her. I tried reaching out to her supervisor *********** ***** but just like ****** he doesn't return any calls, emails or messages either. So that is why I'm filing a claim. I honestly feel like this is the only way to get any help on this matter.

      My husband filed a claim 0525000053 1/7 with this company as someone struck our vehicle which has quite a bit of damage, I had to call over 7 times in a week leaving messages for the claim adjuster (and her manager) who never contacted us or called back for another week. They sent an adjuster to take pics etc of the car. After not hearing anything for over a week with calling and leaving message with no responses. I finally heard after another week from the adjuster assigned and was told they are totaling the car and would be sending a check. After a week with nothing I called and left yet another message for the adjuster (again never answers phone). I then called the claim customer service after being on hold for ****** and was told they are awaiting a copy of the title which I had texted to the adjuster when she told me car was totaled? I then tried to text the number she had me send the photos to and got a message saying this was a land line (did not get this message when I sent the photos). I am very frustrated as I do not get any responses or answers from adjuster and/or the supervisor. Also left message for the director with no response? In the meantime I am without a car waiting for the check so I can purchase a car.

      On September 18, 2024, I was parked at the gas station and was hit from behind, the lady got out and finally gave me a copy of her insurance card. I completed an incident report at the station. Because of this being on private property the police will come out. I went home and notified Turo and was **** to contact Mendota. I was then told to notify *********. The first claim number I received was **********. Then there was another claim number given by Turo F5C6205. I have been in contact with ***** from Mendota who has stated she has to deny the claim and will forward denial to Travelers for processing this was two weeks ago. I contacted her today October 21, 2024 was told by ***** she would call back. No word. The sad thing is treat people like you would want be treated.

      Dear recipient,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Mendota Insurance regarding their mishandling of my auto insurance claim and lack of communication throughout the ********** early July, I filed a claim number Claim number: (**********) with Mendota Insurance for damage to my vehicle. ***** *********, a representative from Mendota, initially advised me to take my vehicle to a repair shop, which I did promptly. However, the shop informed me that a supplemental payment was required to proceed with the repairs. Despite this, neither Mendota Insurance nor ***** ********* communicated this to me or provided any ********** a result, my car has been sitting in the repair shop for over three months with no resolution or follow-up from Mendota.       I got into a car accident on 5/2 it took over a week to be contacted by my adjuster. The claim is finished except for our deductible. He advised that I should be receiving soon about 6-8 weeks after the initial claim was paid. I've asked for my adjuster to call me back. I've emailed him several times and even reached out to a supervisor and I still haven't gotten any response from either of them or the ****** that is owed to us. It is bothersome that I am still dealing with this 3 1/2 months later and not getting any response whether it is by phone, email, text etc.

      Someone filed a claim against my insurance company for an accident. Did not happen. My insurance company refuses to provide me with any information. As to the accident, I had to upload pictures that prove that my car was not in the accident. They pacifically told me that they are paying the claim based on the fact that I made a left hand turn in the left handling and mysteriously dead. My car went into reverse. They automatically said I was guilty, and this accident never occurred. Someone is trying to make a false claim against me, and my insurance company is trying in to raise my insurance. Please help me in this matter.

      On July 1, contact attempt by the Claims Representative to the Complainant was not successful.  A voice message was left advising that a self-inspection photo app link would be sent to her cell phone for completion.  We await her completion in order to complete the estimate process.

      I was involved in a hit and run accident February 28 2024. My car was totaled. Policy number is CO0030987M. I've had one representative of Mendota Insurance reach out regarding the accident/claim. His number was ************. When dialed all you get is a automatic voice message that repeats "thank you for calling" and then it disconnect you. My claim number is 0524000508-1. ******************************* is the name of the lady that is suppose to handle my claim. Almost three weeks later multiple calls/voice messages have gone unanswered or returned. Even now when I call her at her number ************** it rings once and hangs me up. If I call it for second time it says this number can't be dial from this area. I've called their *************** number and they always transfer me to claims. Where my call sits in que for 23 - 25 minutes, and then I'm automatically sent to voice mail to leave a normal message or leave a urgent message. I've done both with no results. Same results using *************. I've even left another message with another person with the same last name (********) in their dial by name option. Same results. My policy I'm paying extra for a rental car in case of emergency/accident. I've been using Lyft and public transportation to get back and forth to work. I'd like to get my rental as this has been a huge inconvenience. If you can help in this matter it would be a huge blessing.
