    I love Tennis Sanitation. I have used their service for 35 years and never had a problem with pickups. Their customer service people are equally great and professional. Always! I call constantly with recycling questions and *** never had a person that didnt treat me correctly. I couldnt be happier with their service.

    Tennis Sanitation did not pick up my trash on our collection day. The truck drove right past my barrel. When I called, they said the driver had written down that there was no trash barrel out. I think the driver was just not paying attention.They refused to send someone back to pick up my trash, saying they didn't have time.

    Good Afternoon, The Tennis driver had multiple homes on Mr. ******* street that were noted as not being out when the driver went by, including Mr. ******** On a normal week, we would consider going back for late set outs if we have a driver near the area. If the driver is not near the area, we always let the customer know that we will take extra trash the following week at no additional charge. On Holiday weeks, which this happened on, we do not go back as there is always an extra amount of trash the drivers are picking up because of everyone having extra Holiday trash from Christmas. This makes their routes much longer and having to go back for late set outs will just add to the route. We feel like we followed our policy regarding the situation and we are more than willing to take extra bags the following week at no additional charge. If there are any questions, please let us know.     Tennis says the driver said the driver noted that the trash was not out. This is not true. My trash was put out the night before the collection date. My door camera showed the driver going right past my trash without stopping.
