I Had an central air system and furnace replaced and installed by Rumpca Services of Saint Paul Park a little more then two years ago. It was installed in June of 2019. The first time I tried to use the furnace in October of 2019 it didn't work. They came out and had to replace the electrical board. They didn't charge me. I was very thankful. I went to clean my air conditioner with a garden hose as instructed. One of the panels was damaged and didn't operate correctly. It was delivered and installed with the damaged panel. They came out and replaced it. No charge. For that I was thankful. If my house is below 62 degrees my furnace will not work if my thermostat is set at 62 degrees. I just past my labor warranty of two years by a month and a half. My air conditioner isn't working the way it should. I understand things happen. If I owned the company considering all of the in convinces I suffered I would make it right for that customer no matter what. The receptionist I spoke with this last time was very kind even when I aired my frustrations. I then spoke with Jason from the Saint Paul Park location. I did not enjoy or appreciate my interaction with him. I admit I could have handled things better. I said I refuse to pay any labor costs. In all fairness a contract is a contract. He had every legal binding right to refuse my request. He said he might consider doing the work for free if it was a part failure. I felt they should take care of it regardless. He has the right to bill me per contract. Because of my interaction with Jason from Rumpca services in Saint Paul Park I will never hire them again. I can't refer there products or workmanship with a clear conscience.
