    This was my 1st time purchasing experience. Expected too much and was utterly disappointed. "Purchased" a 2012 ****** Rav4 which I was told it became available because the other person's financing didn't go through. You'll find out the bad news later. Was told it passed inspection and carfax was clean. It looked clean. It passed "their" inspection. Everything was good and drove it home in excitement that I finally purchased a vehicle for myself. Went on to ****** later to write a review on how I had a great 1st time purchase from them. Well, I found a recent review from 3 days prior of someone's, on their recent purchase on a 2012 ****** Rav4. They had returned it for the ****** going out. Reading this review, I knew this was the same vehicle I had just purchased. I emailed the salesman and asked if this was the vehicle I had just purchased. His response "Are you sure we are talking about the same vehicle?" In my recent car looking experience, this is the 2nd ****** Rav4 I've seen available within 100 miles of me. This morning, I checked the transmission oil and there were shavings in it now. Took it for another drive and it was now making a whining noise when accelerating. Took it to a mechanic and was told, in fact, that the transmission was going out. I just drove the vehicle up there and returned it. They have a 5 day return policy. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The process was simple, thankfully! Didn't need to add more anxiety to the issue. So BUYER BEWARE! Get the vehicle inspected from your own mechanic prior to purchasing. This vehicle was returned for a bad ****** and they sold it to me knowing the ****** was bad.
