WHERE DO I EVEN START WITH THIS COMPANY??? Chemical free cleaning hmmm No lies, how do you think they get stains out of the carpet by using Chemicals that's right they pre spray you carpet that leaves a sticky residue. Then they use a brush pro, and you think the technicians clean that in between job's. Nope, they surely DON'T they are bringing pet issues into your home from another person house how disgusting is that? CSR are paid liars....... take & twist your conversation and put notes into your file that you don't even get to see. They charge you a $25 service fee for what? Doing the job? Dumping the tap water they tell you is alkaline water & is pre treated with a ph balance. MORE LIES......... THERE OUT TO NICKEL AND DIME YOU. THE TECHNICIANS ARE MADE TO UPSALE, YOU OR THEY LOOSE THERE JOBS!!!! FOR not making sales & are put on a lower paying route. Technicians are basically paid on commission of the job. This company is highway robbery in their prices. They charge you .27 cents a sq, and when they get out to your home, you will always have a over sized room, so that will be another $35 added to your bill. They rush their *********** carpets aren't clean. Just so they can get there next dollar. Over wetting your carpets so they take 72 hours or more to dry. You call zerorez *********** will send out the same technician as if they already didn't mess things up. NOW he is ****** off that he has to come redo the carpets & and make NO $, but the company charges the technician out of his paycheck $35 because you complained. So, really, what ***** customer service do you think you're going to get? No one wants to walk on eggshells in their own home. Oooo you have a rug they clean them too and prefer to take it to the location. They charge you a pickup fee & a dropping off fee. They charge you a ridiculous amount to clean it. It is going to be cheaper to buy a new rug than have it cleaned through Zerorez. Save your money, do not do business with them!
