      I purchased a new 2024 **** from ********* Pleasureland in October of 2023. I discovered the Rpod had multiple issues and things that were broken upon purchase, and brought it in to have it fixed at ****** PleasureLand in *********. ***** at Pleasureland stated he would fix the issues which included: a broken heater, a broken storage compartment that would not open, a broken main door that wouldn't lock and unlock, a broken queen bed that arrived broken. The issues were assessed by his team and ***** stated he had sent in claims to ************ and they were covered. Months passed and ***** claimed the parts were lost in the mail for the issues to be fixed. We called Forest River ourselves months later in July of 2024 and they pushed the claims through and sent the parts. ***** told us to bring the Rpod in Sept of 24 and he would have the issues fixed. He told us the date the Rpod would be ready and we confirmed pickup. We arrived on the day and no one had the rpod ready. ***** was not around to walk us through but another employee went to get the camper. He stated it was ready and the work had been completed. We received signed paperwork everything was fixed. We got the rpod home and the heater was still broken, the bed was still broken, the door was still broken with the top lock still not working. The storage compartment they said they had fixed the lock flew open on the highway and items flew out, leaving me and my children to pull over on a busy highway and attempt to get the lock closed. Pleasureland stated they fixed things and took the money but never did when we asked why nothing was fixed. We documented it was not fixed with videos. I called Forest River in October of 2024 and spoke with someone named ******* to report this, she also would not call me back. Now I have a camper I have not been able to use all summer due to Pleasureland's dishonesty that is still broken. They are aggressive and confrontational when I ask by they didn't complete the work.

      I would like to start by stating that PleasureLand is sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your Forest River R-Pod. We pride ourselves for being nationally recognized as the dealer with the most "Top 50 Dealer" awards than any other dealer in the country. Those are gained by achieving excellent communication and a high level of execution in repairs. Based on your concerns, it seems we let you down with the repairs. I took time to read through the very lengthy email chain and text messages between our ****** store and the guest. Although, the messages from our team were cordial and apologetic, this does not mitigate the need for a solution to the problems. I feel that the guests request for $200 reimbursement for their time is fair, PleasureLand will mail them a check. Even though repairs were made to the *** the guest has the right to re-address those repairs at another Forest River dealership. PleasureLand will consider the matter closed once the guest agrees to the $200 payment.
