I booked through ******* on July 4th in ******, **. It was a same day reservation and I reserved a king room with a jetted tub. I arrived to a man working on his car under the check in area. The front desk person had a child with him as he asked me plenty of questions even though he was looking at my reservation. He said I could check the room before he hit check in incase I changed my mind. (Red flag(. He then said I had to wait because they had to clean the carpet because they were remodeling. When I got into the room there was white stuff all over the carpet. The fridge did not work. The tub that was supposed to be jetted was NOT and had cigarette ***** everywhere. There were roaches on the floor. No lights by the sink. I did not receive the room I BOOKED! I go downstairs to tell them I will not be staying because it was not safe or sanitary! He says oh I checked you in already but I will issue a refund and that it would take 2-7 days. He assured me that no one had any issues receiving refunds. I was not there longer than 20 mins. Wouldve been faster if they didn't make me wait. Fast forward a week later I still didn't receive a refund. So I decided to reach out to ******* who took another 13 days to tell me that they are sorry but they cannot issue a refund due to the hotels policy. This is completely BS because I did not receive what I paid for whatsoever! The condition would've been acceptable for the night but I did not get the features j paid for. It is false advertising at its finest. I will never use this ******* of ******* again.

Need 0 stars they took my money for a room I did not stay in. My room door would not lock and my bed had blood on it. Also I called the manager to file a complaint she was rude and disrespectful told me she doesn't have time for this she is busy and have customers as if there is a line of people booking rooms everyday. I would sleep in my car before I stay here. Pictures are not what they seem.

If I could give a 0 star review, I absolutely would! I was on the brink of exhaustion, and NEEDED a room ASAP! After searching for what seemed like an eternity, finally found Americas Best Value Inn, *********** **. I quickly learned why it was the lowest value in the area (which isnt saying much). Couldnt even go into the building to check in! Had to do it through plexiglass with a speaker. There were also cameras showing every inch of the property with a guy constantly walking the property on lookout. That should had been my first clue to RUN, but exhaustion has a funny hold on you. I got my key and went to the room. No room number first of all - and the parking lot was littered with very sketchy beings. I got into the room, and a ***** ran across the bathroom floor when I turned the light on. I always check the beds, and in this case wish I hadnt - signs of bed bugs and a USED condom! I couldnt get out of the door quick enough, but not before seeing ANOTHER ***** climbing up the wall! Drove back to the office to inform the owners of the state - denied a bug problem because they spray ( I was tired, NOT BLIND) and denied a refund I literally had just booked and spent 2 minutes (too long) in.DO NOT USE THEIR SPRING PROMOTION (the pictures are not what they post on line) AND PLEEEEEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!*pretty sure this is a cover up for hookers and druggies/dealers*NEEDS REPORTED!!!!!

America best value advertising wrong information in the website. They offer breakfast inclouded in the price and is not true. When you check out this hotel change the price and they are not give breakfast.Americas Best Value Inn **************** ********

My family booked a 1 night stay via Hotels.com, while passing through. Although staff were nice to us, we left immediately & were unable to obtain a refund. The neighborhood appeared to be unsafe, the room was filthy, and the chain/deadbolt lock was broken. My husband discovered later that this property is reportedly serving as a shelter for COVID-19 positive homeless folks. There have been numerous reports of staff stealing from customers, customers having vehicles/belongings stolen, and customers being assaulted on property. It is a known haven for drug user/abusers, using on property & sleeping in the parking lot. It is one thing to be a safe place for people struggling with homelessness and drug use, however, it should not be advertised or available for booking as a safe place for families to vacation.

Have a problem with roaches in the room, asked the front desk for some raid today. Said I'll send someone to your room, 3 and a half hours, I'm still waiting for the bug spray. So u get kinda what you pay for but don't wake up about 3 am or you will see thwe roaches running everywhere. As an evatutee from Hurricane ida, this place was on the list. Do yourself a favor and skip it. h
