On June 28,2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Commerce. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business filed eighteen Residential Mortgage Loan Activity reports late, filed four Financial Condition reports late, failed to file two Residential Mortgage Loan Activity reports, and failed to file one Financial Condition report, in violation of Minn. Stat. § 58A.17 (2022).. Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to pay $1,000.00 of a $12,500.00 penalty, with the balance stayed on the condition that the business has no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under MN Dept. of Commerce Authority. The business also agreed to file the required reports and pay investigative costs of $90.00.
