    On January 30th I placed an order on this website for ****** and I was very disappointed with the service I received. The only 2 meals I received both had safety concerns and gave us foodborne illness. The manager was extremely rude in his explanation. This company only cares about profit and does not care about their consumer whatsoever. One of the only 5 star ****** reviews written was by the manager which to me is manipulation. As you can see on the ****** platform I am not the first one to get taken advantage of by this food service.

Additionally, upon reviewing your order history associated with your address at **********************************************************************************, we noted multiple previous complaints raised after each order delivery.

    Given these findings, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with issuing a full refund. Our records indicate that the order in question was fulfilled correctly, and there were no discrepancies found.

    It is important for us to maintain fairness and integrity in our refund process. While we understand your disappointment, we must adhere to our policies and procedures based on factual evidence.

    After a fradulent charge was placed on my credit card I disputed this with my credit card. Now Food dudes has blocked my address credit card and phone number so I cant place any orders. Their customer service wont help me.

    Every time I attempt to place an order it doesn't let me but instead says to contact customer service. However they offer no assistance and I still can't order
