Joe and his team at Progressive Lending Solutions did an outstanding job guiding me through the homebuying process. As a first-time homeowner, the journey felt overwhelming at times, but Joe was there every step of the way. He was incredibly patient with me, even when I was slow to move forward or unsure about the next steps. I came into the process pretty naive, but Joe always took the time to explain things clearly and never made me feel rushed or uninformed. He consistently went above and beyond, even finding a homeowner grant that helped cover part of my closing costs.
