      Jacket was picked up to be dry cleaned by Mulberrys. Mulberrys ruined jacket and took out the color somehow. I contacted Mulberrys of the issue and they agreed to pick up the jacket to inspect further. Instead, ********** cleaned the jacket again and charger me for another cleaning. THe jacket was not inspected for damage as it should've been. I have been charged twice to clean the same jacket which was ruined during the initial cleaning. The lack of customer service is unbelievable as this is the second time something like this has happened. I had the same issue with a shirt a few months back. I am requesting refunds for both cleanings for approximately $50 and compensation for the ruined jacket for an additional $100.

      I went to Mullberrys Roseville, and let me say, I have lost 100% of my trust in the company after they never contacted me if my order was ready, turned out they lost my comforter, did not call me back after they said they would look into where it is, and now that they found it, I learned they DAMAGED my product by washing it in water. The tag said dry clean only and I specified that at drop off! I told the clerk, MAKE SURE IT GETS DRY CLEANED AND NOT WASHED!! My comforter was in great shape. It was $316 dollars plus tax all organic, wool, comforter. This comforter was a MAJOR investment and I trusted Mulberry's with my services and they ruined it!!! I will not accept anything less than the cost of the comforter. Ive always kept it in a duvet and it was in excellent shape. I am already out of money, as the manufacturer that sells this, the prices has increased with inflation. Mulberrys only offered me $126! I should not have to save up to replace something that was in great shape and made to last years to come! I probably will not even be able to afford a new one! I AM VERY, VERY UPSET. THIS NEEDS TO BE MADE RIGHT! TOTAL NEGLIGENCE!

      On 10/28/22 I requested a laundry pick up from Mulberry's. I received notification via Mulberry's app that my laundered items were to be returned by 5pm on 10/31/22. On 10/31/22 I was notified via email that my laundry was dropped off at 620pm. I was not home at the time. The photo i received of ************** appeared to be dropped off in unfamiliar surroundings. The entrance of my building has orange walls, not white. I reached out to the company via email and text to report missing laundry as ************** was nowhere to be found anywhere in my apartment complex. The company responded that they would see what they could do to find my missing bag...this was on 11/1/22 they had messaged me. On 11/2/22. I reached out again via email and text asking for an update on my missing laundry. It is now 11/3/22 and still no response from the company. They still charged my account the sum of 44$ for their services and I'm missing about 400$ in laundry items

      As mentioned, I truly believe the item was delivered to the front entrance as requested.  However, I acknowledge that the follow up and communication to help you troubleshoot the delivery was poor and confusing.  


      I'm using this as an opportunity to coach my team internally and implement some changes to avoid this type of misinformation with customers in the future.


      My offer to go outside our terms and conditions is based on the acknowledgement that the service you received was not up to Mulberrys standards (and the fact that you received communication that you would receive reimbursement).


      I will send a $200 check directly to your address (**** Silver Lane *** 305, ***********, ** 55112).  I have also added a $200 credit on your account which is available immediately.  The credit is valid for any service and available for 2 years from today.


      I look forward to earning back your trust as a Mulberrys customer!


      As mentioned, if you do want to continue with the delivery service, we should find a secure delivery location (such as an office or package room) or we'd need to have a code provided to our driver to ensure he can get inside the building.
