    Misleading Fitment Claims as stated by a previous review. I purchased these seat covers based on a misleading advertisement that they would fit my vehicle perfectly. That was an outright lie. After contacting this company with my issue, they offer to accept a return or "allow" me to pay over $100 more for a true custom fit. Absolute scam! I was charged for the return shipping label. Upon receiving my refund, they automatically give a percentage as store credit. When they are obviously a scam, they give you store credit which becomes profit on their end because no one will use that after handling the poor quality and fitting product they are pushing. ***** this company at all costs! They are dishonest in advertising and do not even back their product with a satisfaction guarantee.

    Title: Misleading Fitment Claims, Disappointing Purchase I purchased these seat covers based on the advertised fitment for my car model, but they turned out to be a complete waste of money. The covers were advertised to fit perfectly, but they were too small and didn't cover the entire seat properly. The material also felt cheap and flimsy. I contacted customer service, and their response was less than helpful. They offered a return, but I would have to pay for shipping, which is almost as much as the covers themselves. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. The fitment claims are misleading, and the product quality is subpar. I would not recommend these seat covers to anyone.

    ******, Thank you for your concerns. I am very sorry for the issues you were having. I looks like you reached out to us 2 months after purchase. After expressing some issues you where having we offered to help you out and expressed a need for some pictures of the issues. You then asked if you could just go ahead with a return. We promptly started a return for you within 24 hours of your request. This is not normal as our normal return policy allow for 30 days from time of receiving to return the product. All returns are subject to a $45 restocking fee and the cost of shipping which is $60. The cost of the covers where $389.99. That means the refund would be $329.99. normally returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. However we made an exception for your order. I do see that the item was never received back for a return. Due to these circumstances I am very happy to offer you a return and a full refund of $389.99. Please contact us at ******************************* and I can send you a new return label for that order. Are first priority is custom service and we want to make sure each customer is satisfied or they get there money back. We are extremely sorry for any issue you did have and would love to either work with you on that can fix those issues or get that returned for a full refund. If you have any questions please let me know.
