              I was a customer for the last several years. I have had issues in the past where I was billed for services they did not perform. I finally canceled my service May 30, 2023.They also charged a credit card that I did not authorize them to charge. I have once again been charged for a service they did not perform (I have RING doorbell footage showing they did not do the work), charged for a service after I canceled my service and now being billed for work that was previously credited because they didn't do the work.

              I have been a customer for a few years and I have to say that the first year with this company was terrific. However, after that initial year the service has not been close to what I expected. The lawn service is constantly cutting grass down to the dirt. We have been in a drought situation in our area and yet the lawn mowing doesn't stop. This winter I have been charged full price each month for snow removal, yet we only have had our driveway/walkway cleared once, maybe twice this season. I was hoping that good customer service would prevail and I would see a discount of some sort for the lack of snow but to no avail. Last year they went through some kind of computer change that charged me almost $500 extra. It took months to get someone to look at it and they still managed to justify the charges and then withdrew over $700 at once from my account. I have tried to work with them but I may need to look somewhere else for service.
