  When I asked to drive a car the older gentleman of the group got mad at me raised his voice and told me to sit down and sign the paperwork first then I could test drive it after I owned it. I was very scared at one point and got out there asap.

However, could you let us know exactly which vehicle it was so we could better assists you because no final sale will happen until the customer tests drives the car. Second, the older gentleman is not even a salesman for you to say he treat you that way because we have cameras all the way around the shop and none of what you said happened sir.Thank You.

  I just purchased a vehicle from them this week. This is my second time dealing with them. I think they are very straight forward and professional. They did not offer warranties on either vehicles that I purchased and were very clear about that. I think that their reasonable prices reflect that. Thank you Star Auto. PB

  *** is the biggest liar and scammer there is he was paid to transfer a title over a year ago still haven't got the title and he wont give me my old title back

  DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM STAR AUTO SALES LLC!! Cars are bought at auction, they are not put through any diagnostic testing to ensure they are in sellable condition. The customer service is horrible 90% of the time and that's being nice. Unless you pretty much guarantee them that you are going to buy the vehicle, they aren't going to show you it. The website lists inaccurate and down right false information about the vehicles. The vehicles are purchased at auction, how can they know so much about the vehicles? I purchased a vehicle for $10,000 from them in mid December. 2 1/2 months later and approximately ****k miles driven, the vehicle is undriveable. The check engine light came on, a bad sensor light came on, the vehicle started shaking and it lost power. After having the vehicle checked out by a mechanic we were told the vehicle has been burning an insane amount of oil for a long time. Due to this issue there has been permanent damage caused to the engine. Cheapest fix to just get it running was $3,500, other option was to replace the entire engine which would cost $5,500. When we contacted Star Auto Sales in regards to this they said they were not going to help in any way and said they don't care if you pursue legal action against them. This dealership may have more used vehicles than any other dealership you will find in and around this area, which is why I went there, but TRUST me, if you want your moneys worth, do not enjoy being screwed over and want to avoid a huge headache, DO NOT BUY FROM STAR AUTO SALES LLC!P.S. I wrote this review to hopefully save as many people as possible from making the same mistake that we did. I would have given it 0 stars if it would have let me.

  Hello ******,Here at Star Auto Sales LLC we sell used vehicles and before purchasing the vehicle you test drove the vehicle and inspected on your own and bought it willingly. Second, you signed (AS-IS NO DEALERSHIP WARRANTY). Finally, after three months of owing the vehicle you stated that you started to have issues with the car. Thank you.

  This place is horrible, I bought a car 2 months ago for 10k. It was driven 150 over the last 2 months and the transmission failed. In the dealership it also has issues with rear shocks, an O2 sensor and a cracked valve cover. Star claimed that the vehicle was good. When I called them to discuss the problem they hung up on me. Dont buy from them they are crooked!!!

  Hello, Jan *** said it yourself ********* had the car for 2 months and on top of that when you came back to pick up the plates 15 days after the purchase, you told us that you loved the car and its ************* and everything. Also you gave us a call yesterday and you said you have never drove it ever since you got it. So with all due respect we dont know whats the truth anymore or not. Because of the stories that you are making up sir. ******** you inspected the vehicle and test drove the car before purchasing it Thank ***!

  This dealership is horrible. My girlfriends 18 year old granddaughter went in there and bought a used car. Apparently they told her she couldnt test drive the car for insurance reasons. After purchasing the car and driving it it began randomly shutting down. He told her it was her problem now.

  Star Auto Sales LLC policy is everyone is welcome to test drive the vehicle they are interested in as long as they finalize the sale the same day, with that being said the customer has the right to check out the vehicle, bring their mechanic with to check over the vehicle but once everything checks out on the vehicle, we except the customer to purchase the same day. Finally, we have insurance of our own to cover our vehicles we have never asked the customer to provide insurance for a test drive. However, you definitely need insurance to purchase a vehicle and have it registered under your name if it will registered in **********

  Worst place to go for a car they lied to me about the car. I over paid haven't had it 2 months spent over 5000$ and can't even drive now i can not afford another car.. and have been stuck with this car I can't even sell it to anyone the way it is.
