My husband and I moved into our home November 2020 and have had issues with our neighbor since. She has approached us many times on our own property uninvited. We have been in the car leaving our house and she has been waiting for us in our driveway, she has come to our front door and rang the doorbell, and she has approached us at times when we have been walking our dog or with family at another property. We have tried to ignore her behavior, but she now has cameras installed that point directly at our front yard and our backyard and is taking pictures of our backyard. I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and her behavior has become obsessive enough as to where I fear for my new baby's privacy and safety. We are part of a homeowners association and she has made multiple attempts to call management for various things that we are not in violation of according to our HOA guidelines and she had called animal control where it was found that we are following all ***************** dog ordinances. We have not broken any HOA guidelines or and dog ordinances according to the City or Rochester and she still makes attempts at least once a month to say that we are. I attempted to contact Jakobson Management company about my safety concerns before filing an official complaint. Their response to me was I am not the police or legal so I can not state your are being harassed and disregarded any safety concerns that I had. Although they have made it their priority to entertain her complaints even though we continue to not break any HOA rules or Rochester laws.
